Confidential Advisors for PhDs & Post-Docs @ EEMCS:

If you suffer in any way because of undesirable behaviour of others, you can turn for support to the following confidential advisors at TU Delft. Another option is to submit a complaint about undesirable behaviour to the Executive Board, according to the Harassment Complaints Procedure (only Dutch).

The Netwerk Universitaire Vertrouwenspersonen Nederland has drawn up a number of guidelines for managers. The guidelines do not form part of TU policy, but they do contain valuable information for both managers and employees on the following topics:

  • aggression
  • conflicts, including work-related conflicts
  • sexual harassment
  • bullying
